Welcome to GlacierTours. By accessing our website (https://www.glaciertours.in) or booking any tour, camping stay, river rafting, or adventure activity through us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All activity bookings and campsite reservations are subject to availability and confirmation upon receipt of the required advance payment.
• Upon successful booking, a digital QR booking pass/voucher will be generated and dispatched via WhatsApp and Email.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at check-in or before commencing any adventure sport.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 7+ days before check-in/activity date: 85% refund of total booking amount.
• Cancellation 3 to 6 days before date: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours or No-Show: Non-refundable.
• Weather / Force Majeure: In the event of high water levels, heavy monsoon rain, government bans, or natural hazards, rafting/activities may be rescheduled or alternative activities provided. Full refunds are processed if rescheduling is not possible due to official government directives.

3. Age, Weight & Health Requirements

• River Rafting: Minimum age is 14 years for 16km/24km stretches. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the licensed rafting captain.
• Bungee Jumping & Flying Fox: Age limit: 12 to 45 years. Weight limit: 35 kg minimum to 120 kg maximum.
• Participants with heart conditions, high blood pressure, recent fractures, epilepsy, severe asthma, or pregnant women are strictly prohibited from high-thrill activities.

4. Campsite Rules & Conduct

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
• Alcohol consumption is prohibited near riverbanks and during water sports. Loud music/DJ services at campsites conclude by 10:00 PM per local police regulations.
• Guests are expected to treat campsite property and local eco-systems with care. Littering in the Ganges or forest areas is punishable by local municipal fines.
